Make the filling: In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. This chocolate peanut butter pie is based on my easy peanut butter pie recipe, but includes a yummy OREO crust and some pretty chocolate curls on top. Dump the crumbs into a 9-inch pie plate, and use your fingers to firmly press the crust into the bottom and sides of the plate. Add the butter, and pulse until it's integrated.
